Needless to say, I scurried to the store like a crazed squirrel to pick up what I needed. I'm taking a brief respite before I tackle the next job. I'm glad to hear you're hitting it off with Fr. McGoldrick. I knew you'd like him. Enjoy the rest of your weekend (at home, not having to work, goodie for you!).
Peace
JoyceTLWhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05699746979019393620noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7156010004467129157.post-40629168900814595102010-11-13T13:11:48.789-06:002010-11-13T13:11:48.789-06:00Wow!! I am glad things at work did smooth out--I HATE stuff like that.:P
A tip about the dinner thing--( we have done this numerous times, and I'm sure you will be happy you did). I cleaned our powder room with extreme fervor, ANNND---he never used it. Maybe you could just close the door and see what happens :)
Also, I am fond of dim lighting, and candles. (Ambience is a nice way to think of it) Dust isn't as noticeable). Also any clutter sort of falls into the shadows.
We had Fr. McGoldrick and had a blast.
ANd the news of your kids---is it not the best feeling ever when they move even an inch closer to God? I'm with you that it is all worth it.
Peace,
KellyKellyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10847572866285311259noreply@blogger.com
