End of the Road

All,
My ever-declining inclination to write coupled with drastically reduced traffic leads me to conclude it is time to put this blog out of its misery.  I shouldn't even take notice of stats but I do from time to time and readership has never really returned to the levels of where they were before I went on a previous hiatus.  I have nothing to tell anyone that they don't already know and the Lord does not need my blog to know what I want to say to Him. I hope that makes sense.

Please keep up the Rosary group to the extent that it exists.  I continue to keep you and all of your intentions in my prayers.  Please do the same for me.

In Christ,
Joyce

  3. Thank you Richard but you won't get rid of me that easily - I will be over at "your place" whenever I have the opportunity. God Bless!

Thank you Caroline, and the same as for Richard - I will pop in to "your place" from time to time as well. God bless!

  4. Joyce, I have been missing in action for two weeks do to migraines and computer problems, which explains my absence, but ordinarily, I never miss reading your posts. I have loved the contemplative direction your blog has taken this time around. You have truly written some beautiful and inspiring posts.

Stats are so unpredictable. I often think of that one person out there who may need to read just one sentence from something we write. I do wish you would stay. I will miss you so very much.

Of course, I respect your decision, but love your presence, and your voice in the blogosphere. The controversial blogs get the high traffic, and they serve a good purpose. But, I believe the Lord also loves the little blogs which try only to share gently His Love and His Mercy.

I hope you will still visit me from time to time to say hello. All the best to you, dear friend.
    Love and hugs......xoxo

  5. I understand as well Joyce, though I'm disappointed. Perhaps something will occasionally pop into your head and you'll post one. I've got you on my follow list and I won't drop it. Nonetheless I hope you can stay in touch by stopping by my blog every once in a while. My prayers to you and your family, and God bless.

  6. I once heard a pastor on the radio say this: "God knows the precise numbers of folks who will come to believe in Him before Christ comes. So, if you think you are that person, can you please accept Christ now so we can all go home" It was funny, but it is true. Just one more Joyce for God's team, and not satan's.

Please stop focusing on the numbers....that is God's job. You teach what you know, and that one last person just may read your blog.....and then we can all go home!!!!!!!!!!!!

    blessings, jill

Comments which reflect true Christian charity are always welcome. Comments which attack the Pope, the Church, priests or other bloggers will go in the dustbin, especially if they are anonymous. Thank you and God Bless you!
